2. Professional Services & Agreements
Website content, case studies, and informational articles are provided for general reference. Formal engineering, AI automation, marketing, or design engagements are governed by separate, legally binding Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) executed in writing between client organizations and Vexsio.
3. Intellectual Property
All website designs, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, and proprietary software frameworks featured on this website are the property of Vexsio or its licensors. Under formal client service agreements, all custom code, design tokens, and project IP created specifically for clients are assigned 100% to the client upon full payment.
4. Limitation of Liability
Vexsio makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability of this website. In no event shall Vexsio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website access or consultation usage.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
